A ministerial organization of this kind was conceived in the heart of Pastor Mike Merritt over 20 years ago. Being a Pastor's Son for over 30 years and a Pastor for over 25 years brings a clear understanding of the importance of fellowship and accountability for the Ministry Gifts.

As God said to Adam that it was not good to be alone, we have learned over the years it is not good for a man or woman of God to be alone in ministry. We must have fellowship and be accountable to one another. Our goal is to gain strength from these two avenues.

The Board of Directors of ALFCMA represent over 120 faithful years of ministry. We are here and are interested in you being what God has called you to be.
